What a great experience we had at The Spotlight Center NW! The space and the ambiance is exceptionally beautiful. We were able to successfully have an incredible event April 2024 and the accommodations, the hospitality, and the all around services provided by the owner, Randall was very professional and helpful. Many guest that attended our event was very pleased and gave wonderful compliments about how beautiful the event center is. We will definitely use The Spotlight Center for our future events.

I recently rented wedding venue and couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the moment I contacted them to inquire about availability to the day of our wedding, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The venue was immaculate and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a successful gathering. The staff was accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, from setting up the venue exactly as we requested to ensuring all the support needed throughout the day.

Randall is and will always my go to for events in Indianapolis! He is always responsive, attentive, helpful and willing to answer questions in every way possible! Our latest encounter was A couple weeks ago, we hosted a 50th birthday party one at of his spots (The Spotlight NW) with about 130 guests. It was my first time renting out this particular venue and it was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Our guests even complimented how well the place was kept up as well. The bar staff, security and the Venue staff were all Amazing and very helpful as well! Thank yall for all you do!!

The young man Jordan who was in charge of everything was very professional. Went out of his way to make sure he helped with anything we needed. Very polite and made sure the place was spotless. I was very surprised when I learned he was not the owner. My family owns a business and let me just say it's hard to come across employees who take pride in their work the way he did. My hat goes off to him ! Overall experience with The Spotlight Indy 10/10 GREAT location !!
I hired the company for the planning of my birthday a week ago. I am very happy that I gave the guys a call. They are professional and dependable. They did a great job organizing the event. I will definitely use their services again. Highly recommended!
Owner Randall was very professional from the time I spoke with him to book his venue to the end of my event. He was very upfront, pleasant and trustworthy. I would recommend him to any of my family or friends that would need a venue. I will also be using him again. A lot of space, love the layout..will be able to accommodate your vision if have one as far as the table/chair setup. Out of all the venues I have rented this owner is #1 in my book, my most favorable.
I had my wedding here May of this year. This Venue is absolutely beautiful, it’s modern and spacious. The suites are cohesive, no ugly carpets or walls. The owner Randall is amazing, he was patient and always professional when addressing any questions or concerns. He told my husband and I he’d make sure our day was special and he absolutely did!! I tell all my friends and family about Spotlight and suggest they have their events there! I’m a forever client!
Great owner and great location!! Randall is the absolute best!!
